Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, with all accessories, lens cloths, and cases included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Due to the nature of custom eyewear, the following items are non-returnable:
Prescription lenses that have been customized or manufactured to your specifications
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by transit
Note: Non-prescription glasses may be eligible for return if unused and in resalable condition.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange:

Include your order number and a description of the issue

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If your return includes prescription lenses, we may offer a partial refund to cover the cost of the frame only
